Terms of Use
The rules and conditions that apply to your use of the Helen's Way website and community platform.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are written to be plain and fair — if something is unclear, reach out and ask us.
1. About this website

Helen's Way is not currently a registered legal entity. The website is operated by the founder of Helen's Way. References to "we," "us," or "Helen's Way" in these terms refer to that individual and any authorised collaborators.

4. Your submissions
When you submit content to Helen's Way — through the community tracker, innovation ideas form, reform suggestions form, or any other submission mechanism — the following applies:
- Accuracy: You warrant that the information you submit is truthful and, where based on personal experience, represents your genuine experience.
- Consent: Where a form includes a consent checkbox for publication or advocacy use, ticking that box constitutes your consent for us to use that submission in the way described. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Not professional or legal advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, educational, medical, psychological, or financial advice. The information and resources provided are for general community information and advocacy purposes only.
If you need advice about your child's educational rights, disability support funding, or legal matters, please consult a qualified professional. Helen's Way can help connect you with advocacy resources, but we are not a professional service and cannot provide individualised advice.
6. External links
This website links to external websites and resources, including government sources, research publications, and news articles. These links are provided for information only. If you believe any information on the site is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us and we will review it promptly.
The community tracker collects self-reported data from community members. This data is not independently verified and is used to illustrate community experience, not to establish clinical or statistical fact.
